60 Second CV is part of a larger mission led by Online University Management Systems (Pty) Ltd (OLUMS) — a company dedicated to transforming access to opportunity in the education-to-employment pipeline.
OLUMS began by addressing institutional-level challenges in Work-Integrated Learning (WIL), qualification management, and placement tracking. In that journey, we uncovered a major gap: thousands of graduates are struggling to secure employment not because they lack potential, but because they lack support in presenting themselves professionally and completing the final steps toward certification.
To respond to this, we created 60 Second CV — an AI-powered CV and career readiness platform — and launched a dedicated social media presence under Learn Sync Hub, in collaboration with Bella. Learn Sync Hub acts as our engagement arm, helping job seekers gain visibility, insight, and encouragement in a language they understand, on platforms they use.
Our mission is to help you go from learning to earning — whether that means building a world-class CV, completing your Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) for DHET diploma submission, or finding your first real opportunity.
